Congratulations to Professor Annabelle Mark member of the British Quality team and Lecturer at Middlesex University, London on her appointment as Eminent Research Visitor at the University of Western Sydney, Australia. Professor Mark’s teaching and research interest include organisational behaviour, health management, professional roles and managing demand and emotion in healthcare.
